Bengaluru: The Jalmandal has already issued an instruction not to waste water unnecessarily on the occasion of Holi festival on March 25. The Jalmandal has given a break to lavish Holi parties. Jalmandal restriction has been increased for Holi celebrations conducted for commercial purposes. He will hold a meeting with the owners of the resort and the restaurant today in this regard. Jalmandal chairman Dr Ram Prasat Manohar said that if water is used, a fine of five thousand will be given.

Do not use drinking water during Holi
At the meeting, there will be a discussion regarding Holi celebrations. Drinking water cannot be used for Holi celebrations. There will be a discussion on whether action will be taken if Cauvery and bore well water is used in the Holi event.
