A notice was issued to the owner of the vehicle
The accused minor was sent to the observation house until June 5. Apart from that, the accused’s father was taken into police custody until May 24. A senior official of the transport department, Sanjeev Behoor, says that according to the provision of the Motor Vehicles Act, the registration of the car can be canceled for 12 months. His process has also started. Apart from that, a notice was given to the registered owner of the vehicle. He also said that driving a car on the road without a permanent registration is a crime.
