Date 1 January 2015, former CM Jammu and Kashmir Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and PDP MLA Haseeb Drabu were sitting quietly at a resort in Gulmarg. Both were exploring possibilities of forming a government in the state. In fact, no party got a majority in the assembly elections held in December 2014.
