Meeting of West Singhbhum Regional Legal Services Authority
West Singhbhum. Under the auspices of the Regional Legal Services Authority, West Singhbhum Chaibasa, the monthly and regular meeting of the authority was held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of the Chairman with Chief District and Sessions Judge Vishwanath Shukla.

At the meeting, the cases presented under the Victim Compensation Scheme were reviewed and it was decided to provide benefits under the scheme to one victim. It was decided to provide an interim compensation amount on nine other cases brought by the courts.
At the meeting, serious consideration was also given to better protection and rehabilitation of children who are having trouble with care and the law; together with appropriate arrangements during their stay in children’s homes and observation homes, suggestions were also taken on special efforts for efficient monitoring and management.
Discussion on old issues and issues to come
At the meeting, a review of LADC’s work and old cases that are coming up in the Authority’s courts were also discussed, Kuldeep Choudhary, members of the Authority. Tigga, District Bar Association President Rameshwar Prasad, GP Pawan Sharma, members Vikas Dodrajka, Assistant Dalsa Khagendra Mahato were present.
