Offset takes a potshot at Joe Budden after he claimed Cardi B was scared of dropping her new album.
Appears on Shay Shay Club‘ , the host asked for his opinion on the former rapper.
“Yeah, we’re good with Joe,” he began, “I rock with Joe. I spoke to him on a man-to-man basis. I feel like he’ll kick it with you and then put a dog out into the world.”
Referring to his controversial statement that the wave of female rapping was over, Offset said, “I didn’t like how he was trying to #### on the females. It’s evolution, bruh, you shouldn’t say it’s dead. “
He continued, “I don’t want him coming for me either. I spoke to him.”
Adding, “I disagree with your opinion about the female music. They do their thing. Why #### on it? We’re good though. I have no problem with anyone.”
Joe previously targeted Cardi B, claiming she was afraid to drop her new album, saying she should tell her fans about “what she’s so afraid of.”
Noting, “Now let me get to Cardi B. Cardi B is scared and I’m tired of nobody saying it. Cardi B is afraid to come out, it doesn’t take that long to come out.”
