According to the information, the agency is proving unsuccessful in providing ambulances to the people on time. In rural areas, ambulances are unable to arrive until 15 minutes after the average time. In the last six months, people have complained to the CM and the Health Minister through social media and letters.
It is known that the work was entrusted to the new agency in July 2023.
