The South East Bilaspur Central Railway Zone claimed speedy resolution of issues of more than 62,777 passengers in the financial year ended March 31. The ‘Rail Madad App’ was launched for the immediate resolution of passenger complaints and problems during train travel, which aims to make the journey smooth and comfortable.
