South Africa team announced for T20 World Cup 2024, captain also changed Achi-News

Johannesburg (Sports Desk) The South African Cricket Board has announced a 15 member squad led by Eden Markram for the T20 World Cup 2024. Captain Markram and others are in the South African team for the World Festival starting from June in America and the Caribbean. The players include Ott Niall Baartman, Gerald Korterzi, Quinton de Kock, Bjorn Fortune, Raza Hendricks, Marco Johnson, Henrik Klaasen, Keshu Maharaj, David Miller, Enrique Nokia, Kagiso Rabada, Ryan Rickleton, Tabriz Shamsi and Tristan Stubbs.

Temba Bavuma, who will lead the South African team at the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023, has not been included in the squad while Nandre Berger and Lungi Ngidi have been included in the back-to-back squad.

Yesterday, the New Zealand Cricket Board also announced its team in a unique way, the video of which went viral on social media. While South Africa and New Zealand’s World Cup jerseys have also been unveiled.
