While completing the hearing in the Batiya rape attempt case, POCSO Special Judge Vivekananda Prasad found the accused in the case, Kishundev Brai, guilty and sentenced him to 10 years rigorous imprisonment. Besides, a fine of 12 thousand rupees was also imposed. The convict has been identified as Kishundev Brai, a resident of Chanpattia Nagar Panchayat.
