A senior men’s inter-district cricket match was played between Purnia and Madhapura by Bihar Cricket Association on Saturday at Purnia Green Valley. In this Simanchal zone match, Purnia beat Madpura by 88 runs. Batting first, Purnia scored 168 runs and lost 10 wickets in 43.1 overs. While Madhapura, while chasing the target, could only score 80 runs after losing 10 wickets in 31.4 overs.
