Bengaluru: Preparations are underway for the first phase of Lok Sabha elections in Karnataka on April 26. People are preparing to travel from Bangalore to the town to vote. Ready to go to the city on the evening of April 25, the private bus was in great demand. The demand for buses going to Udupi, Chikkamagaluru, Hassan, Dakshina Kannada, Chitradurga, Mandya, Mysore has increased. Apart from regular buses, 300 additional buses have been booked for coastal areas.
Call for a private bus
Demand has come to provide additional buses mainly to 7 areas. Various political party leaders have demanded a private bus owners association. The price of a private bus ticket has been increased from one to two.

3. Bangalore – Chikmagalur 65 private buses
4. Bangalore-Hassan 70 private buses
5. Bangalore- Chitradurga 201 private bus
6. Bangalore-Mysore 100 private buses
7. Bangalore- Chamarajanagar 50 private buses
