Former judge Shaukat Aziz supported the demand for an investigation into the case of interference in the judiciary.
Former Judge Shaukat Aziz, PML-N’s Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry and Islamabad High Court State Bar Association President Ali Azad expressed their views in the Geo News program Capital Talk.
During the program Shaukat Aziz and President Islamabad High Court Bar supported the demand of 6 judges.
The former judge further said that an investigation should be carried out into the case of interference in the judiciary by the 6 judges.
State Ali Azad said that we also support the demand of 6 high court judges.
This time, PML-N leader Tariq Fazal Chaudhry said that even before this, the judges had complained to former Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandyal about interference in the judiciary.
He said if there was seriousness and weight in the judges’ request, why was their call ignored?
