5 accused granted bail by Supreme Court in May 9 case arrested again Achi-News

In the May 9 case, 5 accused who were granted bail by the Supreme Court were arrested again.

All the five accused were arrested from Rawalpindi under 16 MPO orders, these orders have been issued by Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi.

A case has been registered against all the five accused at New Town Rawalpindi police station on May 9. The accused were released from Adiala Jail last night after being granted bail by the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court had granted bail to the accused on March 20. The accused were released after submitting their complaint to the Anti-Terrorism Court.

Immediately after the release, 13 accused including Ayaz Abbasi and Saifullah were detained again.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court granted bail to 5 and the Anti-Terrorism Court granted bail to 19 accused.
