Principal Secretary, Department of Medical Education, Vivek Porwal, arrived at MGM Medical College, Indore on Saturday. He said at the meeting with heads of departments that the health and medical education departments have now become one. District hospitals are linked with medical colleges. Therefore, the services of this staff will now be taken in the district hospital as well. He also gave permission to spend 30 percent of the total budget of the medical college.
