CA Institute has published a circular regarding this. Candidates can register from the official website eservices.icai.org. It is known that these examinations are now held three times a year. Earlier too, it was necessary to register for Foundation and Intermediate exams four and eight months in advance respectively, but this year the Foundation exam is going to be held in September instead of November. Candidates can do their provisional registration for this exam even after 10th, but they will be able to give the exam after 12th.
