More than 250 teachers from the three universities will benefit from the lifting of the ban.

After lifting the ban on promotion, now in the ongoing promotion process, the associate professors of TMBU, Munger and Patliputra universities will become professors in three years, while the professors of most of the remaining universities will get this position in five years. This difference is due to the implementation of the Annual Performance Index (API) in promotions under the Career Advancement Program (CAS). To implement this API, Raj Bhavan banned the promotion and after implementing it, the ban was lifted. More than 250 teachers from the three universities will benefit from the lifting of the ban.
