Lahore (Web Desk) Chaudhry Parvez Elahi was arrested after May 9 and was in jail for almost 9 months. Although he was granted bail several times, but it was not possible to release him because he would have been arrested in another case before he was released. There should be talk and the path to dialogue should not be closed. At the same time, he would also say that he stands by Imran Khan and that the founder rejected several offers to leave the PTI.
Talking to private media, senior analyst Salman Ghani says that Parvez Elahi has been the Chief Minister of Punjab for 2 times and knows very well who holds the power.

Salman Ghani said that the release of Parvez Elahi will now reduce the politics of lawyers and their dominance in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf.
He said that Hammad Azhar has also ended his hiding and the way PTI senior leadership is coming out now, it seems that he has got some assurance Instead, political people will dominate.
Salman Ghani said that with the arrival of Pervaiz Elahi, PTI’s politics of resistance will not go ahead, but now the reconciliation narrative will go and the party will get a new direction. The analyst believes the timing of Parvez Elahi’s (May) coming out makes sense.
Parvez Elahi did not come under any agreement, Malik Ahmad Khan Bhachar
Speaking to V News, Leader of the Opposition Malik Ahmad Khan Bhachar said he saluted the courage and patience of Parvez Elahi as he served in prison and remained steadfast at an age that would have spoken loyalty to his party.
Malik Ahmed claimed that Pervaiz Elahi was asked several times to hold a press conference to announce his resignation from PTI and in return for his immediate release, but he stood by Imran Khan.
He said ‘I do not believe the release of Parvez Elahi is the result of any agreement’. He further said that all the cases framed against him were false and fabricated, hence he was released on merit.
Ahmed Khan said that with the release of Parvez Elahi, there will be a change in PTI’s politics in Punjab and will carry forward the party’s position and Imran Khan’s narrative on the general elections.
The written decision of the court on the release of Parvez Elahi
Justice Sultan Tanveer of the Lahore High Court on Tuesday gave a safe verdict in the recruitment case of Chaudhry Parvez Elahi to the Punjab Assembly and ordered his release after granting bail and releasing him from Kot Lakhpat jail.
On the other hand, at the same time, the IG Punjab had submitted the details of the cases registered against Parvez Elahi in the court of Judge Amjad Rafique that the Punjab Police had named Pervez Elahi in 20 cases on May 9.
He has been named in 3 cases in Lahore, 4 in Faisalabad and 11 in Rawalpindi. He has also been named in one case each from Attock district and Gujranwala district.
The Lahore High Court issued a written decision on the bail in the Punjab Assembly recruitment case and wrote that further investigation is required in the case of the surety bond deposit by Parvez Elahi.
Justice Sultan Tanveer Ahmed issued an 8-page written judgment in which Supreme Court orders were also cited.
Parvez Elahi’s lawyer had pleaded that his 80-year-old client should be granted bail.
