2 teenagers, 1 adult ‘tragically’ killed after crash in Milton, Ont.: police Achi-News

Three people are dead, including two teenagers and an adult, after a two-vehicle crash in Milton, Ont., early Saturday morning, according to police.

Halton Regional Police said the accident happened around 3:20am at the intersection of Sixth Line and Derry Road.

Police said “tragically” three people died at the scene. The cause of the collision has not yet been determined.

In an update, the police confirmed that the deceased included an 18-year-old man from Milton and a 16-year-old woman from Brampton, who were traveling together in the same vehicle. Police said a 26-year-old man from Milton was in the other vehicle.

“Our deepest sympathies go out to the families affected by these tragic losses,” Halton police said in the update.

Police said Derry Road from Trafalgar Road to Fifth Line, including the intersection between Sixth Line and Derry Road, was closed to allow the Collision Reconstruction Unit to investigate.
