The video shared by Rahul Gandhi was shot by a boy traveling in the Kerala Express. At the end of the video the boy can be seen saying in Malayalam that this is the status of the Kerala Express from Delhi to Thiruvananthapuram. According to him, the train cabin is quite crowded and some passengers travel sitting on the toilets. Due to overcrowding, passengers are forced to travel on the floor of the train and are seen sitting on top of each other. The boy says that even passengers who have AC bus tickets are not able to sit properly in their seats.
