A section of the Trans Canada Trail in Peterborough, Ont., was closed for several hours for a police investigation Friday morning.
Around 7:30am the police advised the public to avoid using the path in the McDonnel and Reid Street area.
The route in the area was closed off with the police
No details have been provided yet.
“Please find an alternate route if you are using the route,” police said.
A towing services vehicle was also at the scene.
At around 10:20am the police reopened the route.
