Farmers from 15 villages, who were on strike at the Mini Secretariat for 2 months demanding construction of Dhingtania and Bhambhur Salarpur Kharif Channel (canal) in Sirsa, Haryana, made a big announcement on Friday in the midst of Lok Sabha elections.
