Jammu and Kashmir police have seized a 6-marla plot of land and an unbuilt poultry farm plinth, both worth lakhs, from a notorious drug peddler in Baramulla district.
The individual, Mudasir Ahmad Shah, is currently in the Central Jail Kot Bilwal Jammu under the PIT-NDPS Act.
The action was taken by the police under sections 68-E and 68-F(1) of the NDPS Act 1985, in connection with the case of FIR No. 113/2023 in PS Kreeri.
It was noted that the properties were acquired illegally during an investigation into drug trafficking by the peddler.
