In the last Lok Sabha elections, the percentage was 73.65 per cent in Rajim Assembly and 79.86 per cent in Bindranwagarh Assembly. The turnout increased by two percent in both assemblies. This time in the Lok Sabha elections, male voters showed more interest than female voters. Despite the large number of women voting in the district, the voting percentage of men in the district remains one percent higher than that of women.
