Fuchu has given an application to the Superintendent of MGM Hospital on Thursday where he has said that his name is Fuchu Hembram and that he is alive.
The employees of MGM Hospital have prepared the death certificate of the brother-in-law who had applied for the death certificate of the brother-in-law of the deceased. In order to get the staff to correct this mistake, the deceased’s brother-in-law has been making rounds of the hospital for the past 25 days and claims that he is alive, but no hearing is being held .
The victim submitted a written complaint about the matter to the superintendent of the hospital on Thursday.
