A video of Congress candidate from Telangana’s Nizamabad Lok Sabha constituency Jawan Reddy is in the news. Rudy is seen slapping the woman. This video brought Reddy into controversy.
The woman told them that she had voted for the Congress in the assembly elections, but she had not received the pension as promised by the Congress. Congress leaders did nothing for him. Therefore this time she will vote for Pool (BJP). On hearing this, Jawan Reddy got angry and slapped the woman. Out of the dozens of people present there, no one protested against Reddy’s action, instead everyone started laughing loudly, which scared the elderly woman badly.

The woman says the video is being published incorrectly. When Reddy came to election campaign, I said, I voted for the Congress, but I am not getting a house and pension as promised by the Congress. I said this jokingly and Reddy also patted me affectionately on the cheek and said Dorsani (Malka) will get everything.
