The big news yesterday was about Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, the High Court refused to grant him interim relief from arrest and remand. One news was related to the statement of the Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman.

  1. ED has summoned TMC candidate Mahua Moitra from Krishnanagar, West Bengal for questioning. He has received the third summons to appear in the FEMA case.

1. No relief for Arvind Kejriwal from the High Court; Hearing today on the petition to remove CM from office

Kejriwal was arrested on 21 March.  On March 22, the trial court sent him to ED custody until March 28.

In the liquor policy case, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had challenged the decision to arrest and remand in the Delhi High Court. However, the court refused to grant immediate relief to Kejriwal and fixed April 3 as the next date of hearing. Today, the PIL demanding the removal of Kejriwal from the post of CM will be heard in the High Court. Kejriwal’s 7-day remand will also end today. This can be heard at Rouse Avenue Court.

Sunita Kejriwal claims: Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita read the Delhi CM’s message to the people in a video message. According to the message, Arvind Kejriwal said that he will reveal the location of the liquor money scam before the court on March 28. He will also give proof of the same to the entire country.

India called for an American diplomat: A day after America’s statement on Kejriwal’s arrest, India’s Ministry of External Affairs summoned American diplomat Gloria Barbena. On March 25, US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said – Our government is keeping an eye on Kejriwal’s arrest.

However, Uddhav had asked for 4 seats from Mumbai – Mumbai South, Mumbai North West, Mumbai North East and Mumbai South Central. 5. The day you sell shares, you will get money on the same day, this system starts from today.
The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) are changing the payment system for buying and selling shares from today. Under the T+0 settlement system, the money will be received on the same day the shares are sold. His trial will start today with 25 shares. A T+1 settlement system is currently being implemented in the stock market. That means, when selling shares, payment is made after one day.

T+0 settlement will be implemented in two stages: SEBI said that all investors will be eligible for T+0 settlement system. SEBI had proposed to implement T+0 settlement in two phases.

First step: If you sell shares by 1:30pm on the trading day, they will be settled by 4:30pm.

Second step: All transactions made until 3:30pm will be settled immediately. Once it starts, the first phase will end.

US President Joe Biden also praised the Indian crew for this.

There was a power failure on board: The power supply on the Singapore-flagged vessel Dali was disrupted. After this he collided with the bridge. During this period, 8 construction workers who were present on the bridge fell into the water. They were doing repairs on the bridge. Of these, 2 were rescued, while 6 were lost. After a search operation that lasted hours, he was pronounced dead.

Voting for the Lok Sabha elections will be held on April 18 in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Polling officials will travel 39 km on foot to Malogam which is located near the Chinese border just to cast one vote. Sokela Tayang, aged 44, is the only voter here. The names of the remaining families are registered at other polling stations. Sokela does not want to go to any other booth to vote. Therefore, the polling team will go from Heuliang to Malogam through inaccessible hilly areas.
