Panipat An e-rickshaw was hit by a car on the Delhi-Karnal lane at the plaza. Meanwhile, the driver of the accused car escaped. The Sector 13-17 police station has registered a case against the driver of the unidentified car. Pinky from Mahendra Park said that she came to Panipat toll plaza from Delhi on Saturday morning by bus. From there he took an e-rickshaw to go to Siddharth Nagar. A speeding car then hit the e-rickshaw. He and his daughter Prizleen were injured in the accident. The injured woman is currently being treated at the Cygnus Maharaja Agrasen Hospital.
