There was a surprise when the land was being excavated for the construction of a building in the Kadiawada Naka area of ​​Dahod, Vadodara, Gujarat. Six ancient idols were found. But the laborers who did not know about the importance of this antiquity had picked it up.

After getting these ancient idols back from them and placing them in the temple, they had to be convinced. The idols were discovered by workers on the site about a week ago. The idols were taken away with the permission of the owner of the place.

Idols belonging to the Jain community!

The Jain community also came to know after seeing the idols and said that these were from an ancient Jain temple. Members of the Jain community met the workers and convinced them to split the idols. A municipal head and president have also been informed about the idols. Archaeologists await information on expert opinion.
