Bhaskar Chaibasa News: Ram Navami procession was taken out peacefully in Chaibasa by 36 Akharas in the city. Due to strong sunlight, the procession was taken out in the city after 4 pm. The Ramnavami procession was taken out by all Akhara committees on their designated routes with slogans of Jai Shri Ram. In the procession, many amazing feats were shown by the players to the tune of devotional music at the intersections. On the occasion of Ram Navami, Akhara committees worshiped arms as per rules and regulations on Wednesday morning itself. This time, all business establishments in the city were closed after 3 pm. Crowds of people had gathered at the intersections to watch the stunts. After the procession of all the Akharas in the city, the atmosphere became completely devotional. The city echoed with slogans of Jai Shri Ram. At the intersections of the city, various socio-political organizations distributed soft drinks, ice cream, watermelon, dahi bada, gram almonds etc. among those who participated in the procession. After passing through different routes, the procession returned late at night, performing tricks. Along with the Ramnavmi procession, tableaus of deities like Lord Ram, Bajrangbali and Maa Ambe were also included. Adequate force, including magistrates, was deployed at the intersections of the city to ensure the peaceful completion of the Ram Navami procession. At the same time, the police administration and a patrolling team of armed forces including magistrates were deployed in sensitive areas. Police forces along with the magistrate were also deployed along with the procession taken from each Akhara. To deal with every situation, the police administration was also taking precautions with drone cameras on the Ram Navami procession. The contribution of the Police District Administration, Mahavir Mandal, Akhara Committees and Peace Committee in conducting the Ramnavami procession peacefully was commendable.
