Janata Dal (Secular) MK HD Ravana, his son and Hassan MP Prajawal Ravana were served notices by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Tuesday. The notice was issued in a case of alleged sexual harassment. According to sources, both have been asked to appear before the -SIT for investigation.
A case has been registered on a woman’s complaint
In fact, a case was registered at the Holnarsipura police station in Hassan district on Sunday on the complaint of a woman who worked at Rabana’s house. A case has been registered against the father and son under sections 354A (sexual harassment), 354D (stalking), 506 (intimidation) and 509 (outraging the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
An SIT has been formed to investigate the matter
After several videos went viral, an SIT was formed to investigate the alleged sex scandal involving Prajwal Ravana. The responsibility of the investigation has been handed over to Additional Director General of Police (ADG) BK Singh of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
Prajwal Ravana is not in Israel
Meanwhile, there is news that Parjavel Ravana is not in Israel. It is said that after the first phase of Karnataka Lok Sabha elections on April 26, he went abroad.Prajwal Ravana is the BJP-JD(S) alliance candidate from Hassan Lok Sabha constituency.
