District Magistrate Shashank Subhankar took action

25 other accused in Nalanda were transferred to the police station. DM Shashank Subhankar took this action under CCA. He issued a letter saying that steps have been taken under the Bihar Crime Control Act to maintain a peaceful environment and communal harmony on the occasion of the Lok Sabha elections.

This decision is after a hearing in the District Magistrate’s Court
