The Bokaro district administration has taken major action against arms licensees who were negligent in depositing arms even after the order was issued. The Deputy Commissioner with the Arms Magistrate Mrs Vijaya Jadhav has so far canceled the licenses of a total of 159 such arms license holders. This step was taken by the Deputy Commissioner cum Arms Magistrate, taking into account the recommendation of the District Screening Committee.
