Case investigator Sunil Chaudhary said the advertisement was issued by the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Utkarsh Jain of Jamshedpur Court. Based on this, the police have pasted an advertisement in the house of the murderer Arshad Khan alias Langra. He will have to appear in court by May 30. The investigator said that Arshad must appear in court by May 30. If he does not appear in court, the process of attaching his house will be done.
