The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has started the exercise to implement the new examination system. This system will be on hybrid mode. That means it won’t be completely online or completely offline. Half of this new system will be online and the other half offline.

In order to prevent paper leakage and cheating in recruitment exams, the board is making efforts to give the papers to the candidates online. While the candidate will have to give the answer offline as at the moment.
The board is trying to implement this hybrid system in such recruitment where the number of candidates is less than 20 thousand. The board says the paper will be available to the students through the server just before the exam. In this, you will be relieved of the trouble of sending the paper to the secure room and from there to the examination centre. During this period the possibility of dropping paper is at its highest. Many times there is a complaint in online exams that sometimes someone hacks it through remote access and gives the answers.

To prevent this, answers to the questions will be filled offline on the OMR sheet. The system can be implemented in the main exam to be held after CET, even though lakhs of candidates appear in the selection board exams. But the possibility of implementing this system is more in the recruitment done through CET. Many recruitments are done through CET where the number of posts is less. In such recruitment, the number of candidates declared eligible for the main examination on the basis of CET marks is also less. So the board can implement a hybrid system in such recruitment in the first stage.
