Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Sanam Javed’s name was included in the May 9 cases.
According to the police, two cases of vandalism 348/23 and 349/23 were registered in Mianwali Police Station City on May 9. Sanam Javed’s name has already been included as an accused in the registered cases.
Police say a team led by DSP Sadar has reached Lahore to arrest Sanam Javed.
It may be recalled that the Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court had on March 27 granted bail to PTI leaders Alia Hamza and Sanam Javed in the Shadman Police Station arson case.
It should be noted that the Election Commission of Punjab approved the nomination papers of PTI’s Sanam Javed for the Senate elections this week.
