Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar’s wife Suntra Pawar and son Parth Pawar are given Y Plus category security. On this issue, Perth’s cousin Rohit Pawar in NCP (Sharadchandra Pawar) dug in and said two tanks should be deployed for Perth’s security as well.
Suntra Pawar, the wife of the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Ajit Pawar, entered the election fray this time as well. She is contesting from NCP’s Baramati Lok Sabha seat. Ajit Pawar’s son Parth Pawar contested the elections from Maval Lok Sabha seat in 2019 but he had to face defeat. Parth Pawar is busy campaigning with Sunetra Pawar in this Lok Sabha election. Both get Y Plus security. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar says the decision to provide Y Plus security cover has been taken by the state government.

Regarding this security, Parth’s cousin who is from NCP (Sharadchandra Pawar) claimed that Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis is engaged in providing security only to children of politicians, actors and friends. While the common man faces harassment, the common man is concerned about his safety from anti-social elements. He sarcastically said that two tanks should also be deployed to provide security for Perth.
