This is the first letter from President Joe Biden after Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif came to power.
The President of the United States, in his letter, said that a partnership between the peoples of the two countries is essential for the security of the world and the people. He said that the United States will continue to stand by Pakistan in facing the most important challenges facing the world and the region.
President Joe Biden said that securing public health, economic development and education for all is a shared vision and both countries will continue to promote it together.
He said the two countries will continue to strengthen their alliance for environmental improvement through the US-Pakistan Green Alliance Framework.
Joe Biden expressed the determination to continue supporting Pakistan in sustainable agricultural development, water management and recovery from the devastating effects of the 2022 flood. He said that the United States, in cooperation with Pakistan, is determined to protect human rights and promote development together.
The US President also expressed the determination to further strengthen the partnership between the US and Pakistan. He said that the close relationship between the people of the two countries will be further strengthened.
