North Bengal News Digital Desk: The Pakistan cricket team is suffering from a coach problem. Pakistan now has a bird’s eye view of the IPL for selecting the national team coach. According to sources, Mumbai Indians have offered Sachin’s former Australia and New Zealand teammate Luke Ronkey to coach them.

Ronki played IPL for Mumbai in 2008-2009. Later he also coached Islamabad United in the Pakistan Super League. Naturally, Ronki has an idea about Pakistan cricket. That is why it is believed that he was offered to be a coach. An official of the Pakistan Cricket Board said, ‘None of the world’s famous coaches want to become Pakistan’s coach. Because, they have already taken the responsibility of training different teams in different countries or leagues. So Pakistan has offered Ronki even though he is not that famous.

Incidentally, Ronki first played international cricket for Australia and then New Zealand. After leaving cricket, he handled the responsibility of New Zealand’s batting coach. So Ronki naturally has training experience. Now whether Ranki agrees to Pakistan’s offer is one of the most talked about topics in Pakistan cricket circles.
