Noida Police has registered a case against BJP leader Srikanth Tyagi

Police have registered a case against BJP leader Srikanth Tyagi for sexually assaulting a woman in a community in Noida near Delhi. This video of Tyagi misbehaving with a woman is going viral on social media. Srikanth Tyagi has described himself as a member of the national executive committee of BJP’s Kisan Morcha.

The case is that of Grand Omaxe Society situated in Sector 93B, Noida. Central Noida ATCP Ankita Sharma said that the police have registered a case regarding the matter.

He said Srikanth Tyagi is absconding and a team has been formed to arrest him and police are searching all his hideouts.

He said that Noida Police will take strict punitive action in this matter. In a video released on Srikanth Tyagi, he was seen abusing a woman from the community and misbehaving with those who came to stop him.

During this, Srikanth Tyagi abused the woman’s husband by calling her caste name. Srikanth Tyagi also pushed the girl. The woman repeatedly says that BJP leaders should handle their language. During the misbehaviour, Srikanth Tyagi told the woman that it was his property and then the woman asked him how the property was. During this he says that he knows everything about the girl.

What is a complaint?

There is a complaint against Srikanth Tyagi for illegal encroachment of the society’s park. This causes problems for other communities as well. Srikanth Tyagi was served a notice in this regard but he did not remove the illegal encroachment from the park.

The video soon went viral and many demanded action against the BJP leader from the Noida Police and the Uttar Pradesh government.

Srikanth Tyagi belongs to the Muradnagar Assembly and has served in several capacities in the BJP.
