The injured person was taken to the hospital.

Two young cyclists returning from a wedding were robbed by half a dozen armed robbers near Lohra Chhath Ghat Bridge in Jamui Police Station area. When they protested, the rioters also injured both of them by hitting the gun butt. The 112 dialing team arrived for the information and evacuated both of them for treatment at Sdar Hospital.

The injured has been identified as Modrika, a resident of Ahari Metown Police Station area.
