According to the new rules applicable in Rajasthan, now vehicle owners and drivers will not be required to keep driving license and registration certificate with their vehicle. Now the owner / driver of the vehicle will be able to save these documents through the link in his mobile phone or on DigiLocker. Can only show via mobile phone on the call of the traffic police. This new system will start from April 1.
e-DL and e-registration facility will also start.
Along with this new system of Transport Department, Jodhpur Transport Department is also starting the facility of e-driving license and e-registration certificate from April 1. Earlier, where one had to stand in huge queues to get a driving license, now someone will get rid of it. By introducing the facility of e-driving license and e-registration, common people will get a lot of convenience.

Identification will be done through a QR code
Now in Rajasthan, QR code will also be printed on e-driving license and e-registration certificate, through which identification will be done. By scanning this, the validity of a vehicle’s registration and license can be checked. This QR code can also be scanned from a mobile phone. After making the e-certificate, no one will have to make a smart card.
