Varanasi: A surprising case came to light from Varanasi, UP. The bride suddenly disappeared before the wedding in the Chaubepur police station area of Varanasi. While this happened, the wedding procession was already set at the girl’s door and the groom was waiting for the bride on the stage for the wreath. Meanwhile, information was received that the bride had disappeared. After that a commotion started between the groom and the bride.
The commotion escalated to such an extent that the matter reached the police station where after the intervention of the police, a compromise was somehow reached between the two sides. This incident happened last Tuesday and now the girl’s father has filed a complaint at the Chaubepur police station.
The father claims that the daughter was kidnapped
According to the complaint filed by the girl’s father, it is claimed that the resident of Ramchandipur, Mantan Yadav, and another one of his associates kidnapped his daughter on the wedding day last Tuesday. A family member saw them doing this. But at that time, amidst the pomp and show of the marriage, his voice did not reach the family members.
A case registered at the police station
Now, in this case, after the written complaint of the girl’s father, the police have registered a case in this regard at the Chaubepur police station and started further action, the head of the police station, Vidyashankar Shukla, said that a case has been registered against unknown persons and the police are trying to trace the missing bride.
