It was a busy Wednesday night for the fire crews in Lethbridge County after several grass fires were started near the Kipp rail yard.
Crews from Coalhurst, Picture Butte and Nobleford responded to the fires around 5:30pm Wednesday.
Due to the strong winds, additional resources were called in to assist with the water supply.
The crews managed to get the fires down quickly.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
