Regarding the mention of the Kashmir issue in the joint statement of Pakistan and Iran, the Indian foreign ministry said, this issue was raised with the Iranian side. Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said they had taken up the matter with Iranian authorities. It is worth noting that Pakistan and Iran in their joint statement said that the Kashmir issue should be resolved through peaceful means based on the will of the people of the region. This statement was issued after the first visit of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi to Pakistan. Raisi paid an official visit to Pakistan from April 22-24 at the invitation of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.

Other members on board the ship are safe. All these will be sent after fulfilling the terms of the contract. Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said consular access was sought for 16 more people. After approval, our officials met them. His health is fine and he has no problems on the ship.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as far as the return of Indians is concerned, there are some technical hurdles and tenders in this regard. The way for their return will be opened after all the complex matters are resolved. It is worth noting that in this regard Ambassador Iraj Ilahi said that the Indians on board the ship are not imprisoned but are free to go anywhere.

Raisi’s visit to Pakistan was accompanied by a high-level delegation that included Foreign Minister Amir Abdullahian, as well as other cabinet members and senior officials. The mention of the Kashmir issue in the joint statement issued at the end of the Iranian president’s visit to Pakistan is also objectionable because India has repeated in every forum that the Kashmir issue is an internal matter of India and there is no external interference by any country. in which no intervention will be accepted. India has also rejected such statements by many other countries outright.
The proximity of Pakistan and Iran is important in view of the situation in West Asia.
Raisi’s visit to Pakistan was also in the news due to rising tensions in West Asia, with Iran attacking Israel after nearly seven months of violent conflict between Israel and Hamas.
