A man and woman are facing serious charges after a man was allegedly sexually assaulted inside a restaurant in rural Montreal and police say there are fears there may be more victims.
Montreal police say the complainant was sexually assaulted “during several separate incidents at the Kinky Protocol Lounge” on rue Sainte-Catherine, which describes itself as a “kinky-themed restaurant.” The alleged victim was left with permanent injuries.
After their arrest on April 11, 25-year-old Nad Reson Saint-Louis and 49-year-old Marc-Andre Charon were charged with sexual assault with a weapon, aggravated assault and assault causing bodily harm. Human trafficking and pimping charges were later added following further investigation.
Police released photos and physical descriptions of the two defendants on Monday. Rasson Saint-Louis is a five-foot-five Caucasian woman with a perforated septum. She also goes by the nickname Abigail. Charon is a Caucasian male who is approximately five feet eight inches tall, weighs approximately 165 pounds, has blue eyes and graying brown hair.
Investigators have reason to believe the suspects may have victimized others at the facility since it opened in October 2023, or elsewhere in Montreal in recent years.
