Congress candidate from Ratlam Lok Sabha constituency Kantilal Bhuria submitted his nomination form on Wednesday. Bhuria handed over his nomination form to Electoral Officer Neha Meena at the auspicious time. Kantilal Bhuria along with his wife Kalpana Bhuria, Congress leaders Nirmal Mehta, Romesh Dosi and Mansingh Meda were present while presenting the nomination.
