NEET UG 2024, one of the largest entrance exams in the country, is being held today, Sunday, May 5. Taking strict measures to prevent cheating and forgery in the exam, the National Testing Authority (NTA) has banned appearing in the exam wearing full-sleeved shirts, digital watches, shoes and high-heeled sandals. Also, the candidates will not get a break in the first hour and the last half hour of the exam. Also, after the break, biometric matching of each candidate will take place. A total of 24 lakh candidates will appear for the NEET UG exam in 557 cities in the country and 14 cities abroad.
Let us tell you that the NEET UG exam will be held from 2:00 PM to 5:20 PM. All candidates had to enter the examination center by 1:30 p.m. According to NTA CEO Subodh Kumar Singh, artificial intelligence is also used to check the information given in the application form along with multi-layered biometric authentication for the examinees and examiners.
Along with this, let us tell you that according to the 2018 guidelines, there will be three pages on the admit card. Which page-1 will contain the details of the exam center and the commitment form. While there is a postcard size photo on page 2. And instructions for candidates are written on page 3. You should take the photo pasted on all three pages and page 2 to the exam center.
NEET UG candidates were allowed to carry only the following items to the examination center such as – a transparent water bottle and an additional passport size photograph – disability certificate, if applicable, and author related documents. -Any photo ID like Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Ration Card.-Ballpoint pen. and all.
