GUWAHATI: Heroin was seized by the Special Task Force (STF), Assam, near Khanapara on April 18, along with the seizure of the person involved.

In an operation conducted this morning by the STF, Assam, suspected heroin was seized in 29 vials weighing a total of 41 grams along with two mobile phones and cash of ₹760, near Khanapara bus stand under the jurisdiction of Dispore police station.

In addition, a man was also caught in connection with the raid.
The arrested person has been identified as Mr. Najim Odin, 26 years old, of Malibari Village No. 3, Boko Police Station area in Kamrup.
Now, he is found living near Khanapara bus stand in Guwahati.
