It comes after we reported that ScotRail had issued an urgent travel warning to fans ahead of the Scottish Cup semi-final in Glasgow today.

The travel operator said because the line was closed between Airdrie and Bathgate at Caldercruix, fans heading to the game should use the alternative Edinburgh to Glasgow routes.

The line was closed after Bolan swallowed part of the track.

The game will see Rangers take on Hearts at Hampden Park at 3pm.
