Mumbai: Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will soon become parents. The couple will welcome their first child into this world this year. Recently, Ranveer-Deepika had shared this good news with fans through a post. But, in the meantime, Deepika has shared a post on social media, which has increased the tension of the fans. In this post, Deepika has expressed her opinion about the success of women. This sarcastic post of Deepika Padukone on success has bothered the fans of the actress.
Mom-to-be Deepika Padukone wrote in her message – ‘Look around where you are. See what you can do to change the definition of success.” Deepika further wrote in her post- “So that the girls who come after you don’t feel they have to choose between success and exhaustion.”
Interestingly, this post has come at a time when Deepika Padukone is expecting her first child with actor husband Ranveer Singh. The power couple had announced their pregnancy in February this year. Deepika had shared an adorable poster on Instagram where “September 2024” was written. The poster also had children’s clothes, toys and balloons as borders. Deepika and Ranveer have been married for more than five years now.
A few weeks before announcing her pregnancy, Deepika had said that she wanted to have children with Ranveer. The actress was speaking to Vogue Singapore when she said, “Absolutely. Ranveer and I love children very much. “We are looking forward to the day when we start our family.”
